Whether you are scouring the Web looking for a dental home, a new patient, or have long-term relationship with Magnolia Family Dental, we welcome you to our website and dental practice.

One of the goals of our website is to provide you with information and tools to make it easier for us to communicate with each other, and for you to receive the high-quality dental care you deserve. In particular, we hope the information and resources here help pave the way for an uncomplicated visit each time we see you, whether it’s for a routine professional dental hygiene appointment and exam, or a more complex procedure.

With that in mind, you’ll find information pertaining to scheduling appointments, patient forms, sedation and pre-op instructions along with post-op information in this section of our site.

Insurance & Financial Information

In providing our patients with the best possible care, we have several payment options targeted to fit your needs. These include cash, personal checks, debit and all major credit cards, and if financing options are needed, we offer third-party financing through Care Credit.

If you have dental insurance benefits, we work to help you receive the maximum allowable. We accept most insurance plans, including PPOs, and if at all possible we work with your insurance company to file your insurance as a convenience on your behalf.

We make every reasonable effort to collect covered amounts from your insurance company. Deductibles, co-payments and non-covered amounts are due at the time services are rendered. All estimates quoted are based upon information provided to us by your insurance company, are estimates only, and are not a guarantee of payment for procedures.

The patient is ultimately responsible for all charges incurred. Insurance companies are required by law to pay claims within 30 days. After 60 days, any unpaid claims will be resubmitted by our office and we ask that you follow-up as well. After 90 days, we ask that you pay in full and have your insurance company reimburse you. We will be happy to provide any information or documentation you may require. Our first and only priority is our patients and our quality of care. The negotiation of benefits is between you, your employer and insurance company.
